EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Alcosta. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

   b. Return Authorization: Once your exchange request is approved, our team will provide you with a return authorization code and instructions on how to return the item.

   

   c. Return and Inspection: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition.

   

   d. Exchange: Upon successful inspection, we will process the exchange for the desired item. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide you with alternative options or issue a store credit.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

For eligible exchange requests, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement item. However, if the exchange is requested due to a customer preference change, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Timeframe for Exchange:
